Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a region where use of this platform's services is lawful.
• You must place bets in your own name and with your own funds.
• Each person may hold only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Registration Process

You must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. One account will be linked to one mobile number, one email address and one payment method. Accounts created using fraudulent information will be cancelled immediately.

Password and Login Security

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
• Always log out after using an unsecured or public device.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. ec444 is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawal requests or in cases of suspicious activity, ec444 may ask you to submit identity documents (National ID, passport or birth certificate), proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC is not completed.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).

Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at ec444, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. That is, (deposit + bonus) × 25 = withdrawable amount.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If a promotion code is required when claiming the bonus, it must be entered correctly.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period — if the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• If evidence of fraud or abuse of the bonus system is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts using the same payment method, IP address or device, all accounts will be cancelled.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent play and activity on the platform.

General Gaming Policy

• All bets will be considered final once confirmed. If a bet remains unsettled due to a technical error, ec444 will review and make a decision.
• If evidence of a technical problem affecting a game result is found, ec444 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount.
• ec444 is not responsible for internet disconnections during live games or sports betting.
• All decisions regarding game or event results will be determined in accordance with ec444's rules and those of the relevant game provider.

Sports Betting

• If a sports betting event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ec444's policy.

• If evidence of involvement in match-fixing or any form of manipulation is found, the account will be closed immediately.

• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Placing bets on any match or event using match-fixing or insider knowledge.
• Hacking, phishing or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Fraudulent activity against other users.
• Copying or distributing ec444's content without permission.

Account Closure by Member
